Could you be the full-time onsite Test and Commissioning (ITC) Engineer in Seattle, WA, US we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your well-honed and multidisciplinary expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates. You'll ensure the seamless execution and functionality of ATC, Comms, and Cybersecurity systems, making a direct impact on the safety and efficiency of rail services. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering teams, project managers, and stakeholders), supervise installation processes, conduct rigorous testing and commissioning, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Governance of Installation and T&C processes within the rail signaling project team,

  • Proactive management of internal and external technical interfaces for T&C rail signaling activities,

  • Support in planning and resource allocation for ITC activities,

  • Execution and oversight of testing procedures, log analysis, and reporting,

  • Leadership in ensuring EHS compliance and addressing non-conformities,

  • Identification and resolution of technical issues during testing phases,

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards are met.

  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or Embedded Systems,

  • Experience or understanding of Installation, Tests & Commissioning (T&C) activities for rail signaling projects,

  • Knowledge of CBTC systems and railway signaling (desired),

  • Familiarity with onboard train control systems and their integration with infrastructure (desired),

  • Available to work at night, during weekends and on public holidays,

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,

  • Understanding of electronic systems, software integration, and hardware testing.

Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000
