Your Role, Your Impact

  • Develop and scale EHS programs to meet evolving regulatory and operational demands across multiple sites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed safety culture and ensure compliance at every level.
  • Ensure reliability of EHS systems through rigorous audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion innovative approaches to hazard identification, mitigation, and sustainability practices.
  • Lead knowledge sharing sessions and mentor teams to elevate EHS standards company-wide.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field.
  • EHS experience including team management in industrial or transportation sectors.
  • Expertise in OSHA, EPA, and local EHS regulations; proficiency with EHS management systems and incident investigation tools.
  • Strong grasp of risk assessment, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on team development.

Compensation: $107,000 - $125,000
