Could you be the full-time Supplier Quality Assurance Manager in Savli we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supplier quality assurance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our supplier processes and deliverables. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (procurement, engineering, and project management), manage incoming inspection activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of deploying the Supplier Quality Assurance policy, but also managing supplier NCR processes, including containment, corrective actions, and Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ) management.
We’ll look to you for:

Defining and deploying Supplier Quality Assurance requirements during the serial execution of projects

Managing incoming inspection activities for purchased parts

Overseeing the Supplier NCR process for external suppliers and zero-kilometer NCRs

Driving supplier performance in serial life to achieve region/cluster/site quality targets

Coordinating project supplier quality activities as required

Ensuring compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives

Degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field

Experience or understanding of supplier quality assurance processes

Knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma)

Familiarity with NCR processes and corrective action management

A certification in quality management or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities
