Could you be the full-time Project Controller – Mumbai Line 3 in Sricity we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.

You'll contribute to the financial health and performance of the Mumbai Line 3 project, ensuring economic and financial management while mitigating risks and seizing opportunities to meet financial targets. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Site Controllers, Project Managers, HR, Treasury), prepare periodic project reviews, and provide accurate financial analysis, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting, but also customer invoicing and cash flow management.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Preparing periodic project reviews with relevant financial analysis

  • Controlling and optimizing project results in collaboration with the Project Manager

  • Providing accurate analysis of actuals versus budget/forecast to the FP&A team

  • Ensuring timely customer invoicing and active involvement in securing payments

  • Analyzing balance sheet items linked to projects, such as WIP, inventory, and recoverables

  • Managing project bond requirements, hedging, and coordination for Letters of Credit (LC)

  • Participating in project management meetings and contributing to financial decision-making

  • Ensuring accuracy of actuals and estimates to complete

  • Documenting and monitoring cost components on a monthly basis

  • Qualified accountant (CA/ICWA) with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in project finance/controlling

  • Working experience in project industries, with knowledge of AS7 and AS9

  • Proficiency in SAP modules (FI, PP, Project, MM)

  • Experience in manufacturing MNC units is desirable

  • Organized and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy

  • Understanding of hedging, Letters of Credit (LC), and treasury operations is desirable

  • Working knowledge of EXIM policy
