Could you be the full-time Manufacturing Process Engineer in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and manufacturing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates.
You'll contribute to defining and validating detailed manufacturing processes for new products. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Product Design Engineers, Supply Chain, Industrial Quality), drive continuous improvement actions, and industrialize product and process changes.
You’ll specifically take care of industrial documentation, define industrial master data, set manufacturing method time, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Guiding product definition to improve manufacturability and achieve QCD targets

Participating in product design reviews and estimating method time

Collaborating on P-FMEA and validating prototypes and tooling specifications

Developing ERP routings, Work Instructions, Inspection Instructions, and CNC machine programming
-
Sequencing work station tasks and validating product design through FAR and FAI
-
Industrializing retrofit after engineering changes and supporting production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets

Technical education

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Manufacturing experience, preferably in the railway industry

Technical knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering and work instruction authoring

Experience with an ERP (such as SAP) for BOMs, routings, and configuration management
-
Working knowledge of Quality, EHS standards, Ergonomics, and IS common tools
-
Understanding of Process FMEA and QRQC
-
Familiarity with time analysis (MTM, MEK, UAS)
