Could you be the full-time Logistics Engineering Manager in Savli we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a vital role in designing physical flows to meet Production, Operations, and Construction requirements while minimizing costs and optimizing cash usage. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Logistics Engineering, Warehouse, subcontractors, and vendors), defining and implementing efficient processes and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of designing warehouse layouts, internal flows, and storage policies, but also driving cost-reduction and process-improvement opportunities.
We’ll look to you for:

Leading a team of 2-3 individuals with strong leadership skills

Designing supply chain processes aligned with industrial requirements

Defining subcontractor and vendor logistics requirements
-
Developing warehouse layouts and line-feeding strategies
-
Implementing supply chain requirements for packaging and handling
-
Driving cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives
-
Developing specifications for tools, equipment, and material-handling systems
-
Analyzing and interpreting logistics data to optimize operations

Engineering degree, preferably in Transport or Automobile fields

5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations

Proficiency in supply chain information systems and ERP (e.g., SAP)

Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transport, and distribution
-
Understanding of lean management and EHS culture
-
Familiarity with industrial data management and supply chain design
-
Proficiency in MS Office tools
-
Languages: English (mandatory); Hindi (a plus)
