Could you be the full-time Manufacturing Line/Workshop Manager in Savli we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial and leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in managing all manufacturing activities for a project(s) within the Line/Workshop, ensuring seamless execution and delivering on performance goals. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, supply chain, quality, and EHS), oversee resource planning and development, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of manufacturing preparation, planning, and execution within your line/workshop, but also ensure compliance with corporate policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
We’ll look to you for:

Overseeing industrial QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) management and supply chain process validation

Managing the industrialization process and ensuring EHS risk and ergonomics analysis

Preparing and planning manufacturing activities, including workload, staffing, and training
-
Ensuring full APSYS deployment (shop floor tools) and continuous improvement of SQCD performance
-
Leading issue management and corrective action initiatives (e.g., QRQC)
-
Providing feedback to support functions to enhance SQCD performance
-
Managing time, activity, and occupational safety for all employees in the line/workshop
-
Driving employee development and managing the People Management Cycle (PMC)

Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, including EHS, Ethics, and Compliance

Minimum Higher Technical/General degree (or equivalent through experience)

Previous experience in an industrial environment

Experience in railway industry or industrialization environment (desirable)

Profound knowledge of special processes and team management

Working knowledge of industrial management, manufacturing processes, and technologies

Understanding of EHS rules, labor law, and lean management tools
-
Familiarity with supply chain, finance, sourcing, and quality processes

Strong leadership skills, including agility, inclusivity, and responsibility

Proficiency in English and digital tools for managing manufacturing activities
