- Design and develop project schedule (Doc#14).
- Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.
- Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around.
- Timely updation of Project Schedule and present critical area to management.
- Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products.
- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
- Lead Change management topics from Planning.
- Ensure implementation of all changes in respective projects.
- Lead capacity planning activity and ensure creation of workload chart.
- Site Master Planning.
Educational Qualification: Engineering BTech/BE (Mech/Elec/Industrial), PMP will be an added advantage
Tools Knowledge: Primevera, SAP, MS Project, Kinaxis
Experience: 10+yrs in Production/Project/Industrial Planning in Manufacturing Industry
