Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive industrial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our transport solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Industrialization), overseeing the full lifecycle of project execution from initial setup to final quality assurance and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the industrial process handover from project engineering to manufacturing, ensuring the deployment of APSYS, and orchestrating operator training and certification.
We’ll look to you for:

Leading project execution from LGR up to CGR, contributing to supply chain setup, and quality plan validation

Overseeing industrialization activities and manufacturing preparation within the EPU
-
Managing training requests, hiring, and subcontracting requirements for operational staff
-
Guiding the handover of industrial processes and ensuring readiness for APSYS deployment
-
Coordinating the training of operators on manufacturing processes and self-inspections
-
Driving SQCD performance, tracking KPIs, and fostering continuous improvement within the EPU

Degree in Industrial Management or related field

Experience or understanding of industrial processes and manufacturing

Knowledge of configuration and change management

Familiarity with automation and robotics

Competence in EHS, quality effectiveness, and supply chain collaboration
