Your Role, Your Impact
- Design safe and reliable mechanical structures for rolling stock applications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with quality and industry standards in all structural designs.
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, performance, and sustainability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within structural design practices and processes.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
What You Bring
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field; experience with Railway design is appreciated.
- Strong experience with CAD tools and structural design principles.
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical analysis.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, are required; knowledge of Italian is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment and to coordinate small operational cells.
- Attention to detail and a passion for sustainable engineering solutions.
