- Managing CAD activities - Integrating mechanical subsystems by ensuring progressive maturity of allocated volumes - Performing 3D/2D of home made parts - Ensuring compliance of bought parts with defined allocated volumes - Performing assembly drawings |

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES |
|||
|
Performance Measurement/KPI’s - On-time delivery of 3D - On-time delivery of 2D or annotated 3D - Quality of deliverables (first time right) |

|
Responsibilities Responsible for - Managing CAD activities - Performing and maintaining SAM (Space Allocation Mock up) in accordance with progressive maturity rules considering all constraints - Creating annotated SAM for exchanges with suppliers - Checking compliancy of supplier feedback with relevant SAM - Performing 3D detailed design of home made parts considering -- Allocated volumes given as inputs -- Interfaces defined with stakeholders -- Technical referential (materials characteristics) -- Manufacturability and maintainability constraints - Performing 2D or annotated 3D detailed design of home made parts considering internal rules of data structuration - Performing assembly drawings by generating BOM for industrialization Contributes to - Providing weight data to Weight Discipline Engineer - Stack up calculations |
