Digital Operations Specialist

  

Mission:

  • As part of Operation Method & Process team (Digital Operation Excellence), in Industrial organization, he/she will become a technical reference on different tools, to support industrial processes and industrial related functions (Industrialization, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Facilities, EHS, Industrial Quality). In details, he/she will reach following objectives:
    • Knows and drive ongoing transformation processes in the plant, coordinating it from a “system standpoint”, following Industry 4.0 logics
    • Support digital transformation, leading projects on different tools, analyzing needs and guidelines, proposing solutions and improvements
    • Manage projects deliveries (including analysis phase, collaborating with suppliers and consultants, delivery and training, issuing of purchase documents until to the final roll out phase)
    • Support industrial teams on tools usage and continuous improvement
    • Support industrial team on recurrent output requests such as data extractions
    • Manage support to local applications managed on site + integration/convergence to core central tools

 

  • As part of key users’ team of main “global tools” (SAP/MES/BI), he/she will interact with them and industrial functions (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, P&ME) to analyze process requirements and promote an integrated and cross-contributor process convergence approach
  • To “digitally” support operations he/she will manage smart reporting and data analysis to drive quick analytic responses and data visualization

 

 Required Skills/abilities

  • Degree/Diploma on IT and/or related subjects
  • 1/2 years of experience in similar role
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing processes (production, supply chain, industrialization, …)
  • Proficiency in Italian and English
  • Experience on IT tools management (applicative support, software development, business analysis, data integration)
  • Experience on data management (data analysis, usage of BI tools, like datawarehouses and analytics)
  • Knowledge on systems and processes integrations (systems communications, networks and connections, data exchanges, data congruency, etc…)
  • Preferrable knowledge of SAP (as user and processes)
  • Preferrable knowledge of IT/OT integrations (machine connections, data collections…)

  • Problem solving oriented, analysis skill
  • Work in heterogeneous teams, both local and spread across sites
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical skills
  • Dynamic personality, strong analytical skills, hand-on approach

 

Salary Range 34.400€ - 45.900€  -  CCNL (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale del Lavoro) applied: Metalmeccanici Industria
