Overview:

Specific responsibilities of the role: 

Carry out designated tasks such as data extraction and consolidation, build internal documentation, monitor and report local solutions operation, act in CMDB maintenance, be an alternative reference for local users and vendors, monitor and control local applications support processes raising and following tickets resolution, technical support for local applications environment. Work with Data base, SQL, ITIL, COBIT (IT Governence), Service report, methodology (frame work, PMI, SCRUM).

Qualifications & Experience 

• Competencies -  Good communication, analytical skills to problem solving and to organize activities, mandatory and essential abilities to work in team, proactive, curious, interested, self-disciplined, committed, have inventive and innovative mind, willing to learn.
• Previous experience - None
• Language skills – Good written and spoken Portuguese. Technical English is mandatory. Fluent ENGLISH and/or SPANISH would be a differential but is not required.
• Travel required  - No
