Specific responsibilities of the role:

• Correção dos problemas em campo no período de garantia bem como atividades de pré-garantia e comissionamento, incluindo investigação e reparos.
• Executar atividades de verificação da frota.
• Relatar e registrar qualquer desvio (falha/evento) na ferramenta de gestão de falhas.
• Supporte operacional.
• Aplicar & reforçar o EHS da Alstom e do Cliente & as regras de segurança do processo de PI.
• Executar os procedimentos de testes, corrigir os problemas, avaliar o desempenho de um sistema e realizar análise de falhas em componentes antes de enviar para reparo.
• Suportar a implementação de modificações em campo.
• Suportar investigação técnica junto com a Engenharia e fornecedores internos/externos.
• Recomendar ações de manutenção preventiva e corretiva.
• Garantir bom fluxo de comunicação sobre intervenções & operações na correção de problemas e apoiar a transição entre turnos.

Qualifications & Experience

• Competencies –
  • Formação em área técnica (elétrico/eletrônico).
  • Mínimo conhecimento em IT.
• Previous experience –
  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência como técnico na correção de problemas/investigação/experiência com testes (mecânico ou elétrico/eletrônico).
• Language skills –
  • Fluente Portuguese, Inglês Básico
• Travel required  -
  • Disponível para viajens (missões curtas e longas)
  • Viagens nacional e internacional
