As a RAM Group Manager in São Paulo, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and maintainability of our rail systems. Your work will directly impact the safety and efficiency of urban mobility, connecting communities and supporting sustainable growth.

• Lead and coordinate RAM activities to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to address reliability challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for system availability and maintainability.
• Monitor and report on RAM metrics to stakeholders and management.
• Support project delivery by integrating RAM requirements into design and execution phases.
