Could you be the full-time Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) Engineer in São Paulo we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your RAM expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and maintainability of our solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as design, operations, and customer relations), analyze complex solutions, and provide valuable insights to optimize system performance and customer satisfaction.
You’ll specifically take care of managing RAM project activities during tender, design, and operational phases, but also perform advanced reliability calculations and statistical analyses.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing RAM project activities, including analysis, documentation, training, and addressing customer requirements

Making design recommendations based on RAM studies (‘Design for Reliability’, ‘Design for Maintainability’, ‘Design for Testability’)

Ensuring architecture choices align with system and customer RAM targets

Performing reliability and KPI calculations, developing reliability models, and applying statistical analysis

Conducting Reliability Block Diagrams, FMEA/FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis, and degraded modes analysis

Serving as the technical interface with the customer for RAM deliverables

Consolidating contributions from internal and external stakeholders to fulfill RAM obligations

Engineering University Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar

Technical knowledge of RAM aspects, ideally in railway signalling applications
- Desired experience with Reliability related tools (ReliaSoft BlockSim, Aralia Fault Tree, ITEM Toolkit, Weibull ++ etc);

Experience working in diverse and international environments

Team player with proactive behavior

Knowledge of RAM Analysis and Modeling techniques such as RBD and Markov
- Knowledge of railway RAM standards, such as CENELEC 50126 (desirable)

Experience with FMEA, FRACAS, and RCA analysis

Advanced statistical skills and familiarity with degraded modes and RAM modeling

Language skills: English (working level as a minimum), Spanish (working level as a minimum), other languages as applicable
