Could you be the full-time Project Quality & Safety Manager in São Paulo we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and experienced teammates.

You'll ensure that our projects meet the highest quality standards and act as the independent voice of the customer within the project organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across engineering, industrial, supplier, and product introduction quality, guiding them to deliver exceptional outcomes, and ensuring customer satisfaction surveys are conducted and action plans monitored. You'll also coordinate and synchronize quality activities across various projects and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of establishing and maintaining the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP), as well as contributing to criticality assessments and ensuring compliance with quality standards, but also coaching and mentoring team members within the Project Quality community.

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Acting as the independent voice of the customer in the project organization

  • Interfacing with customer quality and safety teams

  • Managing customer satisfaction surveys and monitoring action plans

  • Establishing and continuously improving the Project Quality Management Plan

  • Guiding project teams in understanding quality contributions and deliverables

  • Coordinating quality activities across engineering, industrial, supplier, and product introduction quality

  • Anticipating resource needs and consolidating workload for quality activities

  • Coaching and mentoring new team members to enhance quality expertise

  • Monitoring KPIs such as customer satisfaction, non-conformities, and quality performance metrics

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in engineering, ideally with a management background

  • Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish

  • Experience in quality management and customer satisfaction processes

  • Understanding of structured techniques such as FMEA and risk assessment methodologies

  • Knowledge of quality management systems and standards

  • Familiarity with project management processes and tools

  • Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and mentor teams
