Could you be the full-time Project Planning Manager in São Paulo we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your time management and project planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring on-time delivery (OTD) performance by developing and maintaining project schedules and providing critical time management insights to support decision-making. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Senior Project Planning Managers, Sub-System Managers), facilitate synchronization among internal stakeholders, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining internal project schedules, but also issuing planning deliverables efficiently.
We’ll look to you for:

Developing and maintaining the project schedule for your area

Ensuring efficient issuance of planning deliverables

Facilitating synchronization of internal stakeholders

Analyzing schedule management requirements and monitoring tender preparation schedules

Contributing to project baselines and ensuring stakeholder commitment

Providing timely updates and reports on schedule situations

Promoting time management practices and contributing to continuous improvement

Engineering or planning-related degree

7-10 years of experience as a Project Planning Manager, Project Development Planning Manager, or similar roles

Project management and industrial background

Experience in managing complex design-build projects

Familiarity with planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Planisware)
-
Basic overall knowledge of railway products and good understanding of sub-systems
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to manage conflicts and multitask effectively
-
Proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
-
Comfortable working in an international and multi-cultural environment
