Could you be the Project Manager in São Paulo we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll lead the complete execution of your scope from transfer to close-out, aligning with Contract/Program Charter requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, finance), manage project performance, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of proactive risk and opportunity management, but also ensure the quality of project/program execution and reviews.
We’ll look to you for:

Leading a Project Team, including Core Team and external partners when applicable

Adhering to Alstom Project Management Manual and e-book rules
-
Meeting business objectives and ensuring customer/platform satisfaction
-
Managing Project Profit and Loss or respecting budgets and QCD objectives
-
Representing Alstom towards customers and external stakeholders
-
Ensuring optimal quality of project/program execution and proactive issue resolution
-
Accountability for EHS policy implementation by all stakeholders

Graduation in Engineering

Project management experience or understanding of complex projects

Knowledge of railway products and systems

Familiarity with conflict management and strong interpersonal skills

A PM certification

Effective communication skills and team spirit approach

Leadership, initiative, and a decision-making mindset

Advanced proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
