Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring cost, scope, and schedule commitments for tenders and projects are met. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement Tender Managers, Procurement Project Managers, and Tender Planning Managers), analyze data to assess product competitiveness, and prepare reports to support informed decision-making.

You’ll specifically take care of consolidating sourcing activities and performance, but also lead commitment and competitiveness reviews.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supporting tender and project procurement cost, scope, and schedule commitments

  • Managing reports and presentations for tenders in coordination with Procurement leaders

  • Extracting ERP data to assess product competitiveness and liaising with Procurement Project Managers

  • Preparing reports and ensuring regular KPI measurement and action plan follow-ups

  • Coordinating sourcing activities and performance for tenders and projects

  • Building costing using formal Tender Procurement Plans (TPP) and macro planning feasibility

  • Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics

  • 2-4 years of experience in project/tenders or procurement in an industry-oriented environment

  • High analytical skillset and ability to work with large data sets

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and challenge the status quo

  • Rigorous and structured approach to tasks

  • International mindset with advanced English proficiency
