• Executes and lead the maintenance activities in coordination with external suppliers. Ensures availability and performance for applications in production at optimized costs, according to the business needs and business solution Strategy.
• Background and experience in solutions tax projects, preferably for Brazilian legislation.
• ITIL processes proficiency, PMO framework knowledge, COBIT would be a plus
• Promote Alstom Core Model by leading evolution and ensuring its consistency
• Respects the end to end SLA. Executes the level 2 and level 3 support.
• Delivers expertise in problem management and crisis management as required.
• Creates and maintains application documentation in accordance with standards & portfolio update
• Collect and manage applications demands from business and translates functional requirements
• Business support roll-out ensuring that core model is applied
• Delivers enhancements in line with business requirements and business solutions and optimize licenses consumption as required.
• Participates to design, to optimize and rationalize the local applications portfolio: number of applications and total cost of ownership.
• Insure alignment with Central métiers for business processes and Application solutions
• Shares with global projects teams his/her knowledge of local applications and business needs and execute local project tasks.
• Stays up to date on current technical trends in the related domain or supported solutions.

This position will interact on a regular basis with Business Solutions Service line, IS&T Business Partners, Local Operations Regional Managers, solutions architects, business partners and solutions vendor and requires strong functional understanding of business administration in all related domain (ERP, HR, Finance, accounting, Sourcing, Manufacturing, industrial etc.)

Main Challenges of the role:

• Support and animate the key users network on their global understanding/application of business process utilization with our different application portfolio
• Executes the transformation of the local applications landscape by supporting the “Application Portfolio Optimization” program and by proposing and executing new rationalization initiatives. Target in term of optimization and decommissioning will be setup each year”.
• Ensures the collaboration with external suppliers. 
• Participates to develop a general knowledge of the local applications portfolio.
• Graduated from IT or technology university or related areas, needs to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar IT 
• The candidate has a good level of knowledge of several business domains
• Good understanding of project management methodologies
• The candidate demonstrates good communication and change management skills
• Fluent in Portuguese and advanced in English are mandatory, Spanish is a plus
• Result-oriented and eager to work with sufficient autonomy in an international environment
• Good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner, open-minded, confident, motivated and autonomous
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skill
• Shows intellectual curiosity and creativity
