Could you be the full-time IT Solution Specialist in São Paulo we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your IT and business solutions expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, supportive, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll execute and lead the maintenance activities, ensuring applications are performing optimally in production, aligned with business needs and strategies. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Business Solutions Service line, IS&T Business Partners, Local Operations), coordinate with external suppliers, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing application demands, translating functional requirements, and supporting the roll-out of business support, but also delivering enhancements and optimizing license consumption as required.
We’ll look to you for:

Coordinating with external suppliers to ensure application availability and performance

Ensuring applications are cost-optimized and meet business needs

Promoting the Alstom Core Model and leading its evolution

Providing level 2 and level 3 support and managing crisis situations

Creating and maintaining application documentation

Participating in the design and optimization of the local applications portfolio

Degree in IT, technology, or related areas

Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar IT roles

Proficiency in ITIL processes, knowledge of PMO frameworks, and familiarity with COBIT (a plus)

Good understanding of business administration domains (ERP, HR, Finance, etc.)

Project management skills and strong functional understanding of business processes

Excellent communication and change management skills

Fluency in Portuguese, advanced English, and Spanish (a plus)

Ability to work autonomously in an international environment

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Intellectual curiosity and creativity
