As an Integrated Services Readiness (ISR) Engineer in São Paulo, you will play a vital role in ensuring our rail systems are ready to serve communities safely and reliably. Your work will directly support the seamless integration and readiness of services that keep cities moving and people connected.

Your role, Your impact

  • Coordinate and execute readiness activities for integrated rail services, ensuring operational excellence from day one.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Identify and address potential risks or obstacles to service readiness, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Support the implementation of change initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
