Could you be the full-time Integrated Services Engineer in São Paulo we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of Integrated Services Readiness (ISR) contractual obligations on projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as LSA, maintenance documentation, training, and spare parts teams), manage project ISR deliverables, and ensure alignment with customer requirements and expectations.
You’ll specifically take care of coordinating ISR project teams and deliverables, but also contribute to the continuous improvement of ISR processes and practices.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Managing the ISR project team to deliver ISR contractual obligations.
-
Monitoring workload forecasts and securing adequate staffing for ISR work packages.
-
Developing and implementing ISR management plans for projects.
-
Conducting ISR Design Reviews and ensuring compliance with applicable reference libraries.
-
Producing project ISR KPIs in line with central and service platform guidelines.
-
Coordinating resources and contributions from internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
-
Monitoring planning, cost, and quality of ISR deliverables and providing regular reporting.
-
Ensuring effective customer interfaces for ISR deliverables during new build projects.
-
Producing REX (Return of Experience) reports to enhance ISR processes and identify best practices.
-
Ensuring ad-hoc production of ISR QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments during tenders.
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
-
Engineering University Degree or equivalent, with 5+ years of experience.
-
Experience or understanding of Service Engineering and Maintenance (ISR specialization is a plus).
-
Knowledge of maintainability aspects, ideally within railway applications.
-
Familiarity with ISR elements, including LSA, training, documentation, special tools, and spare parts.
-
A Project Management certification (desirable).
-
Experience in Rolling Stock, Signalling, or Infrastructure Maintenance (desirable).
-
Previous experience in customer interfacing and supplier management (desirable).
-
Proficiency in English (working level as a minimum); additional languages are a plus.
-
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
-
Self-motivated, quick learner, and a strong team player.
-
Attention to detail and effective interpersonal skills.
