Could you be the full-time ISR (Integrated Services Readiness) Engineer in São Paulo we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and ISR expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a crucial role in managing ISR project activities, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and client interface teams), coordinate ISR deliveries during proposal and design phases, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of developing and implementing ISR management plans (Maintenance Plan, Training Plan, Obsolescence Plan, LCC, etc.), but also consolidating contributions from internal and external stakeholders to fulfill ISR obligations.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing ISR project activities (LSA, obsolescence, documentation, training, tools, and parts).

  • Planning and securing the resources needed to execute ISR packages.

  • Developing and implementing ISR management plans according to client requirements and reference libraries.

  • Coordinating ISR deliveries during the proposal and design phases, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule.

  • Conducting design reviews and monitoring ISR package KPIs.

  • Serving as the technical interface with the client for ISR deliverables.

  • Producing REx reports (REX) and proposing improvements to ISR processes.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Engineering University Degree in Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar.

  • Technical knowledge of maintainability aspects, ideally on Railway Signalling applications.

  • Experience working in diverse and international environments.

  • Experience in ISR processes, standards, and tools.

  • Knowledge of LCC Analysis, including estimating operating, tools, maintenance, and disposal costs.

  • Understanding of obsolescence analysis, LSA, and ILS activities.

  • Knowledge of spare parts analysis, maintenance plans, and training plans.

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (working level as a minimum); other languages are a plus.

  • Availability for national and international travel.

Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:
