Could you be the full-time Electrical/Mechanical Engineer in São Paulo we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated teammates.
You'll contribute significantly to the planning and execution of Electrical/Mechanical Domain activities, ensuring the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business (Sourcing, Industrialization, Manufacturing), manage deliverable production, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of designing products that meet project requirements, conducting Domain Design Reviews, and resolving project issues. But also, you'll be involved in analyzing change requests and supporting teams during the production ramp-up.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing and piloting domain activities and deliverables

Ensuring deliverable quality and acceptance within committed limits

Designing products with a comprehensive approach

Documenting reviews and following up on actions

Allocating requirements and managing interfaces

Validating domain deliverables and maintaining project schedules

Supporting cross-functional teams during critical production phases

Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives

Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience or understanding of railway, automotive, or aerospace products

Knowledge of cable distribution/harness and electrical cubicles

Familiarity with CATIA V5 and Microsoft 365 tools

Advanced English proficiency for communication and technical discussions

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Customer management and focus

Ability to manage conflicts and multitask effectively
