Could you be the full-time Bid Manager in our dynamic team based in São Paulo we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive project and bid management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates.
You'll spearhead the development and management of international bids, contributing significantly to the growth of our signalling systems in the rail market. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, finance, legal), analyze commercial risks, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of crafting compelling bid proposals, but also ensuring alignment with customer expectations and technology advancements.
We’ll look to you for:

Leading and managing the entire bid process

Understanding customer needs and market trends

Identifying and mitigating potential risks

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet bid objectives

Ensuring bids are financially sound and business-oriented

Adhering to strict deadlines and processes

An Engineering Degree (Master equivalent or above) in Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related fields

Experience or understanding of signalling systems in the rail market

Knowledge of project management within an industrial or technological environment

Familiarity with multi-cultural and matrix organizations

Proficiency in English and advanced Spanish

Excellent analytical and negotiation skills

Ability to manage teams and motivate partners
