Specific responsibilities of the role: 

• Work in closing activities in indirect taxes such as ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, Bloco K, among others, assuring compliance of processes.
• Control of Tax Credits and compensations.
• Monitoring and control special regimes and tax benefits
• Monitoring of Tax/Fiscal Legislation, understanding its impacts on operations, ensuring alignment of actions and processes.
• Collaborate with customers such as public entities on taxes applicable to imports, special regimes, tax benefits.
• Responsible for perform accounting and tax compliance activities, ensuring compliance with company deadlines and internal controls.
• Support the internal and external audits on inspections or requests from local authorities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Competencies -  
  • Good Comunication
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and tax software.
  • SAP User
  • Experience in  indirect taxes as ICMS, IPI, PIS and COFINS, taxes applicable to imports, special regimes and tax benefits.
• Education - Graduated in Accounting, Business Administration, Law or other related areas.
• Previous experience – Indirect Tax in industry environment, Big4, SAP Enviroment
• Language skills – Intermediate to Advanced English
