Could you be the full-time onsite Project Test & Commissioning Manager in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and commissioning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and high-performing teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering Test & Commissioning plans, procedures, and method statements, ensuring the successful execution of projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Operations, and Quality), coordinate staffing and training of the T&C team, and much more."

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Developing and managing comprehensive T&C strategies aligned with project requirements. 

  • Ensuring the timely execution of T&C activities in accordance with project schedules. 

  • Leading the preparation and validation of T&C documentation, including reports and test results. 

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of T&C activities. 

  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with T&C processes. 

  • Managing and optimizing the allocation of resources within the T&C team. 

  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout T&C operations. 

  • Representing the T&C function in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent). 

  • Experience or understanding of testing and commissioning processes in engineering projects. 

  • Knowledge of railway systems, signaling, or transportation technologies. 

  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools. 

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
