Job Title: Human Resources Analyst

Purpose of the job:

Under general supervision of the Human Resource Director, this role is to support, monitor and measure the deployment of HR Processes and tools on administration and people development (performance, salary, STIs, people reviews processes). She/he is responsible for monitoring and optimizing the administrative transactions and tools.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIES

Accountabilities

  • Develop the population in the defined scope
  • Support the recruitment activity for the perimeter
  • Define and drive individual development for the targeted population at site level : perform interviews, advise for development plans, follow up (internal mobility, training, individual career path)
  • Ensure induction plan for new comers
  • Participate to Resourcing Forums in order to increase internal mobility (both professional and geographical) across sites and businesses : identify suitable people for existing or forecasted vacancies, builds up and manages the talent pipeline
  • Support, monitor and measure the deployment of HR Processes and tools on people development
  • Follow some industrial relations topics for the HRBP (legal changes follow up, …)
  • Implement and follow KPIs for the perimeter

Performance measurements:   (OTD, QCD, Sales, PMC, Orders, Gross margin, etc.)

EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements Describe the minimum educational requirement/level

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, public/business administration or closely related field,

Desirable:

  • Certificate or diploma in business analysis

Experience  Describe the knowledge and experience required for this role

Mandatory:

  • One (1) year experience in human resource management,
  • Fluent in the English language, written and spoken

Desirable:

  • Experience in the use of spreadsheets, word processing, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience in compensation and classification, recruitment, benefits administration, accounting, finance

Competencies & Skills  Describe the required level of behavioral skills

  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Resistance to stress and the ability to maintain composure and communicate effectively under stress
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative in pursuing departmental responsibilities
  • Knowledge of research methods and policy formulation;
  • Knowledge of benefits administration, public pay administration, position classification, and salary surveying
  • Knowledge of personnel selection, validation, performance appraisal, and affirmative action;
  • Must be highly skilled in the use of Excel, Word, and WordPerfect.
  • Must have a basic knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Ability to appropriately plan and organize; administer and prioritize; monitor and evaluate the work flow of projects and activities.
