Purpose of the job: Under general supervision of the Human Resource Director, this role is to support, monitor and measure the deployment of HR Processes and tools on administration and people development (performance, salary, STIs, people reviews processes). She/he is responsible for monitoring and optimizing the administrative transactions and tools. |
