Could you be the full-time hybrid Payroll Specialist in Santiago De Queretaro, QUE, MX we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and detail-oriented expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and supportive teammates. You'll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, becoming a trusted pillar for financial consistency within our organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Human Resources, Finance, Legal), managing payroll-related queries and ensuring compliance with local regulations, and much more.

 

  • Execute processes systematically within specified weekly or biweekly cycles.
  • Provide guidance and orientation to T1 colleagues on legislation and calculations.
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently to support operational requirements.
  • Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to foster a culture of support and shared knowledge.
  • Engage with both internal stakeholders and third-party partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Commit to meeting deliverables on time, focusing on achieving organizational goals and results.

  • Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields.
  • One to three years of experience in similar roles, preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Mexico legislation (Social Security, Taxes, Labor).
  • Good system knowledge/capability (ADP desirable)
  • Finance/Payroll reconciliation knowledge
  • Autonomy, motivated, initiative, and interested in Payroll topics.
  • Oriented to Continues Improvement.
  • Fluent in English.
