Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrializartion expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
 
You'll be responsible to effectively manage and guide the industrialization team throughout the product development phase. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Manager / Chief of Development, Chief of Operations, Senior Project Planning Manager (PrPM), ensure that all processes are meticulously designed and implemented to meet established industrial requirements and adhere to the project's Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives and much more.
 
You’ll specifically take care that all aspects of manufacturing are optimized, thereby enhance the product's manufacturability and market readiness.

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Act as the principal point of contact for industrialization matters, facilitating collaboration and communication with other project functions
  • Ensure that industrial requirements are clearly understood and adequately addressed by Engineering during product specification and design
  • Actively participate in co-engineering workshops
  • Assist in designing the global macro-process based on standard SMP/SML.
  • Prepare for the introduction of new technologies as needed, including the development of an associated process validation plan.
  • Develop a plan for tooling and other specific manufacturing equipment.
  • Contribute to the creation of the Industrial Management Plan (IMP).
  • Establish the industrialization planning, encompassing all activities such as co-engineering activities, P-FMEA, deliverables milestones, and FAR/FAI.
  • Contribute to the development of the Industrial Maturity Follow-up (IMFU).
  • Set up and monitor the Industrialization Work Package, including man-hours and manufacturing equipment budgets, in accordance with the industrial Reference Library.
  • Manage industrialization activities using the IMFU.
  • Assist in P-FMEA development and review 
  • Ensure timely issuance of industrial documentation with the required quality standards.
  • Monitor Method Time against targets.
  • Ensure the availability of tools and workstations as scheduled, adhering to EHS requirements, ergonomic standards, and quality expectations.
  • Perform detailed line balancing and ensure successful task sequencing.Support FAR/FAI/FMR activities to validate product design and the industrialization of processes.

 


All about you

  • Master’s (or bachelor’s with experience) degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical, civil work…) 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in equipment installation and T&C
  • Experience in managing Quality and problem-solving tools.
  • Technical mastering of railway products.
  • Experience in operational activities and in documentation control.
  • Knowledge of Quality standard (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM...).
  • Knowledge of problem-solving tools (QRQC / PDCA / Root cause analysis tools...)..
  • Fluent in English
