Could you be the full-time Project Technology Transfer Manager in Barcelona we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll set-up, execute and maintain TT Plans, analyse Transfer Risk and drive related action plan. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (PME, Production, Testing, Quality, Supply Chain, Assistance to Sub-Contractor), Deploy and propose improvement of TT Standards and Processes and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of achieving Project and Tender QCD objectives for TT.
We’ll look to you for:
• Achieve Project and Tender QCD objectives for TT.
• Manage TT Team, IMP, Transfer Document, Manage Training and Assistance.
• Support site construction on demand (for greenfield or brownfields)
• Contribute to improve process efficiency and active data sharing (best practices, REX ).
• Ensure TT common way of working and to use of TT best practice.
• Develop and maintain common TT data Library (processes, tools, contract)
• Manage IMP. Ensure IMP validation by Donor.
• Manage TT Data/Documents ( DML, Transmital Sheet, RFC, translation…..)
• Define and Execute relevant Training and Assistance Plans
• Ensure Transfer activities are performed within AT EHS standards.
• Deploy and propose improvement of TT Standards and Processes.
• Develop TT understanding and competencies over sites and metiers

• Graduate in engineering.
• Industrial background with 5 to 10 years’ experience preferably in the railway industry (rolling stock or component business).
• Experience in Project or Industrial QCD management.
• Familiar with IS common tools.
• Availability for travels.
• English fluent mandatory.
