  • Coordinating with subcontractors on project schedules and providing updates to CEIs, FDOT, and other agencies.

  • Assisting the project manager in planning projects from start to finish, breaking down tasks, estimating durations, and creating schedules using Microsoft Project.

  • Managing Accounts Receivable and Subcontractor Accounts Payable, ensuring timely submission and payment of invoices.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Experience or understanding of project coordination, including drafting fee proposals, schedule and budget monitoring, and task tracking.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as file management and compliance tracking.

  • Adaptability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate with various departments.

  • Ability to manage and organize documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

  • Knowledge of SAP or similar project management software (desirable).
