Your future role
Join us as a Flagging Coordinator and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Sanford, FL. The Flagging Coordinator will be the main point of contact for all contractors’ and 3rd party requests for flag protection as well as being responsible for the planning of all 3rd party and contractor activities along the right of way.
In your role as a Flagging Coordinator, you will:
- Schedule Roadway Worker Protection as required by rule.
- Ensure assigned employees are performing duties as prescribed by rule.
- Submit invoice documentation to accounts receivable.
- Develop weekly and monthly manpower flagging reports.
- Attend weekly meetings with 3rd party and contractors and/or daily calls to identify flagging projections and requests.
- Continuously audit employee performance and paperwork documentation.
- Ensure that daily work hours are entered into local-BT flagging process.
- Coordinate and schedule activities with MoW and Operations.
All about you
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment due to the critical nature of the business is required.
- The candidate will have to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and leadership and be process oriented.
- Analytical skills and a great sense of organization.
- Financial and budgeting experience preferred but not required.
