What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in rail infrastructure maintenance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Expertise in track systems, signaling, asset management, and maintenance planning tools.
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and lifecycle management in rail environments.
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire and guide high-performing teams.
- Prior experience in managing a unionized workforce.
