Could you be the full-time onsite Assistant Manager of Training in Sanford, FL, US we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive training and document administration expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and skilled teammates. You'll be pivotal in shaping the landscape of training and compliance within the rail industry. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including operations, safety, and compliance), initiate and implement document control processes in line with internal and external standards, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Establishment and execution of document control protocols in line with contractual, internal, and regulatory standards,

Generation of comprehensive reports to the FDOT and Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) regarding Positive Train Control (PTC),

Development and submission of detailed reports on training activities to the FDOT and FRA,
-
Evaluation and management of project training schedules and performance metrics,
-
Conducting a range of training classes including Rules, Roadway Worker Protection, PTC, Policies and Procedures,
-
Development and maintenance of critical training documents, including requirements and specifications.

Experience or understanding of document control processes and procedures,

Familiarity with training and development strategies in a corporate or industrial setting,

Excellent oral and written communication skills,

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook,

Knowledge of Positive Train Control (PTC) systems and federal regulations related to the railroad industry is a plus,
-
Previous experience in a Railroad Training environment or as a Railroad QMP (Qualified Maintenance Person) is a plus.
