Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside motivated and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in driving the financial stability and success of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Finance Project Managers, the Retrofit Director, Project Managers, and core team members, to monitor project outcomes, minimize retrofit costs, and ensure financial accuracy. You’ll also support the preparation of periodic project reviews and oversee budget and forecast data consolidation.

You’ll specifically take care of leading the Retrofit Program for various projects with medium to high criticality and preparing LPR/RPR and MPR documents using tools such as ODY.C and Excel, but also collaborate on cross-site projects to enhance overall performance.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading the Retrofit Program to improve project outcomes.
  • Preparing budget and forecast data for individual projects and consolidating the Retrofit Program.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to manage project results and optimize costs.
  • Providing financial support to project teams and the Retrofit Director.
  • Preparing and reviewing periodic project documentation using internal tools.
  • Contributing to cost control and cost monitoring activities.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in financial management of international projects, ideally in the railway industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project and financial management practices.
  • Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like SAP/GSI and Excel.

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
