As the Site Communications Manager, you will be our outmost on-site brand ambassador. You will position Alstom as an Employer of Choice in the DACH Region and will be a key player in developing a robust communication change strategy as well as internally and externally. 

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Conception and creation of internal and external communication campaigns
  • Definition of media and tools to be used to make our business more online present
  • Conception and implementation of communication materials
  • Business partner of on-site communication
  • Research, preparation and creation of content for newsletters, news flashes and articles 
  • Development and distribution of on-site communication network 
  • Ad-hoc event management and planning

Key requirements:


  • You hold university degree - specialization in Public Relations / Journalism or any kind of communications degree/certification will be an asset
  • You have strong experience in social media (planning, writing for and execution)
  • You are an excellent communicator, listener with strong written, presentation & facilitation skills
  • You represent excellent customer focus
  • You are proactive and can respond to pressing issues and challenges with agility
  • You are efficient and creative in identifying target audiences and reaching out to them
  • Previous event management experience 
  • Proficient English & German
