We are looking to reinforce the Talent Acquisition team based at our site in Salzgitter/Germany.
 
Day-to-day tasks:

  • Focuses on Sourcing/Recruiting/Interviewing candidates
  • Meets with Hiring Managers to establish recruitment needs and produce accurate job specifications
  • Meets assigned hiring deadlines and headcount fulfillment for open positions
  • Screens resumes, selects suitable profiles and assesses candidates
  • Provides advice and guidance to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Experiments with new methodologies and resourcing tools to fill the open positions and stay ahead of the curve;
  • Stays updated on latest recruiting and industry trends to continuously evolve candidate pipeline and service levels
  • Sources candidates utilizing tools provided and using out of the box thinking/techniques
  • Ability to cold calls and communicates effectively to potential candidates
  • Regular use of Social Media, including LinkedIn and other job boards
  • Seeks referrals and recommendations to source potential candidates
  • Reports to HR on an ongoing basis, to monitor and feedback progress on assigned vacancies
  • Manages reporting and data Entry, including but not limited to MS Excel / SAP

 
Candidate profile

  • Bachelor degree (preferable in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or similar)
  • Proven previous recruitment experience is required
  • Direct sourcing skills using Boolean Searching methodology 
  • A good handling of MS-Office package, Outlook, People Soft, SAP, social media etc.
  • Fluency in German & English 
  • Sense of confidentiality / discretion
