Purpose of the Job

  • Provide support to Region all along the Tender process specifically for scheduling topics

  • Define, if Region cannot allocate the planning resources, the tender project schedule

  • Instruct and coordinate with the product lines (PL) sub-systems a/o with Consortium partners to perform the estimation with homogenous and validated assumptions

  • Confirm, in tender phase, the compliance of contractual and main milestones

  • Prepare associated narrative to explain the Schedule



  • Structure the schedule based on standard WBS or by the experience capitalized from previous experience
  • Develop the detailed project schedule integrating all the activities groups (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, training and interface with external stakeholders)
  • Get the schedule approval from each PL and each Consortium Partner before bid submission

  • Prepares and presents the critical path, assumptions and risks linked to the planning for the Planning Review before submission

  • Coaching and guiding Planning Managers whenever needed

  • Prepare associated Narrative

  • Identify and propose optimization & mitigation scheduling wise

  • Prepare the Planning & Construction Review
  • Prepare the TRM schedule section
  • Assist the Bid Manager during negotiation with Consortium Partners up to get the proposal submitted.
  • Assist the Bid Manager during negotiation with Consortium Partners and Client up to get the contract signed.
  • Prepare the TTM schedule section
  • Contribute to Return of Experience (ROE), share practices and propose ways of improvement in the process
