Could you be the full-time Integration and Validation Engineer in Bangkok we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You'll be in charge to define and drive the optimal strategy to integrate all subsystems and to validate the transport system. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business lead the integration and validation process all along the sub-system integration process and system testing for the transport system to be delivered and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of define and coordinate I&V activities related to system level operational scenaris, functionalities & interfaces by leveraging subsystems I&V activities.
We’ll look to you for:
- Define and manage the System Integration & Validation strategy in order to optimize the overall project Integration & Validation process by leveraging FAT's, mock-ups, type tests, off-shore interfaces & integration tests in factory, on test tracks, software integration platforms, on-site testing in close collaboration with the VTA project manager
- Define & coordinate with all Subsystems the Validation method to be implemented for each project requirement, with the support of the Requirement Manager & System Engineering in due time to export validation constraints to Subsystems in their development process
- Manage the I&V process timeline and the timely collection of Validation evidences all along project life in close collaboration with the Requirement Manager
- Pilot the optimal Testing Program together with the System Testing Manager, considering the previous I&V steps performed and manage customer acceptance of I&V strategy avoiding redundant validation demonstrations
- Support the compilation of all Validation evidences for System Acceptance, in close collaboration with the requirement Manager
- Support the obtention of any certification and homologation apllicable to the transport system in collaboration with the Safety Manager

- Degree in Engineering
- Broad knowlegde of the subsystems / products in Turnkey projects
- Knowledge of the validation process is required with at least 3 years of experience
- Organized, Open dialogue, create enthusisasm, promote both collaboration and pro-active listening
- Essential to this role is also the ability to apply Alstom processes, values and E&C
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) and/or other language is a plus
- Mobile on site for project support
