You’ll specifically take care of defining and implementing system integration and validation strategies, but also support testing and commissioning campaigns on-site or offshore platforms.

Your mission

  • Supporting the development of Validation, Testing, and Acceptance (VTA) activities during tenders, including deliverables, requirement analysis, and planning
  • Defining optimal testing programs and producing test procedures as needed
  • Participating in system testing and commissioning campaigns
  • Deploying testing and commissioning tools and processes
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as consortium partners, suppliers, and transport operators
  • Applying Alstom processes, values, and ethics & compliance standards

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent relevant degree)
  • Experience or understanding of turnkey projects and their subsystems/products
  • Knowledge of testing and commissioning processes, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
  • A strong sense of priority and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); French or other languages are a plus
  • A collaborative mindset with open dialogue, proactive listening, and enthusiasm
