The Treasury Project Analyst plays a key role in deploying and maintaining cutting-edge treasury processes, systems, and reporting tools. The position involves driving innovation, supporting global roll-outs, and contributing to strategic initiatives such as POBO implementation and AI-driven solutions.


Deployment of Treasury Solutions

Actively participates in the roll-out of treasury systems and functionalities, including geographical extensions and upgrades.

Collaborates with users, IS&T teams, and banking partners to define functional requirements and scope of banking services, particularly for bank communication systems.


POBO Implementation

Supports the design and deployment of the Payment-on-Behalf-Of (POBO) model, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with global treasury standards.


Innovation & Artificial Intelligence

Contributes to identifying and implementing AI use cases within treasury (automation, predictive analytics, process optimization).

Promotes digitalization and advanced technologies to enhance treasury operations.


Reporting & Business Intelligence

Drives automation of treasury reports, including dashboards for Treasury & Financing.

Acts as a key contributor to Business Intelligence initiatives across the treasury network and beyond.


User Support & Change Management

Provides assistance to solution users, collects and analyzes change requests, and ensures smooth adoption of new functionalities.


Profile

We are looking for a professional with a first significant experience in corporate treasury, ideally with a proven track record in treasury operations or projects. The candidate should demonstrate a strong affinity with information systems and digital transformation, including:

  • Treasury Management System (TMS) changes or upgrades
  • SEPA / SWIFTNet / EMIR roll-outs
  • Development of reports across various information systems
  • Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence applications in finance


Technical skills

  • Good functional / academic knowledge of corporate treasury functional environment, in particular:
    • Cash management (internal control, cash pooling and netting processes, SWIFT environment…)
    • Foreign Exchange (derivative products) and related IFRS hedge accounting
    • Accounting processes awareness
  • Good functional / academic knowledge of communication applications (proprietary or open electronic banking communication platforms, SWIFT transactions, electronic trading and confirmation platform, …)
  • Good functional / academic knowledge of ERP or TMS (Diapason and Cegid Payments would be a plus)
  • Good transactional banking regulation awareness
  • Audit and internal control awareness
  • Advanced Excel skills (including data analysis and automation)
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their application in finance would be a plus

 

Soft skills

  • Curiosity, team spirit, willingness to contribute to transversal projects
  • Good communication skills with Treasury and Financing departments, as well as with external providers and banks
  • Proactivity, ability to question / make change proposal towards the organization and external partners to improve processes and department efficiency
  • Willingness to deliver the proposed changes and projects
  • As always in Treasury matters, ethics and rigor are keys to the position.


Background

  • Fluent in English with international exposure
  • 2-3 year experience, ideally in Corporate Treasury, as a functional user / administrator
