Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your product management and transformer technology expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, dynamic, and multicultural teammates.

You'll play a key role in the development and management of our transformer product range, ensuring their performance, competitiveness, and compliance with regulations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, industrial, bids, costing), coordinate product roadmaps, analyze market needs, and ensure product compliance with evolving standards, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of defining and validating product solutions for bids, as well as leading R&D programs and maintaining up-to-date product documentation.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordinating product roadmaps in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives

  • Ensuring the competitiveness of the product portfolio in terms of technology and cost

  • Analyzing the market to identify improvement opportunities and technological gaps

  • Validating and approving products while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on product development and maintenance

  • Confirming product definitions for bids and specific applications

  • Overseeing PAB & PRB committees and monitoring R&D programs

  • Contributing to strategic decisions, such as Make-or-Buy analyses

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Engineering (Master’s level) or equivalent, with significant professional experience

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus

  • Strong expertise in transformer technology and traction systems

  • Experience in engineering or subsystem management (minimum 5 years)

  • Good understanding of internal processes (bids, projects, engineering, industrial, suppliers)

  • Proven leadership and coordination skills in matrix and multicultural environments

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and propose innovative solutions

  • Adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to work in complex, multidisciplinary environments

  • Willingness to travel for business purposes

Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with passionate experts and multicultural teams

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

  • Contribute to innovative and ambitious projects

  • Utilise our flexible and collaborative working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning

  • Progress towards strategic and leadership roles within the company

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
