Position to be based at Saint-Ouen (France), Berlin (Germany) or Cluj (Romania)


The Transactional Procurement Automation Lead is responsible for driving and optimizing our capabilities across our Indirect Domain. The focus is to improve the business approach when it comes to sourcing efficiency by providing the foundation, insights, data and resources that category teams need to most effectively manage their suppliers to get the greatest return on their holistic category strategies and optimization of their long tail of suppliers within their categories.
This position reports to the Transformation, Change Management & Value Capture Director.


Specific responsibilities of the role

Specific responsibilities include, for instance, leading and optimizing guidelines related to transactional procurement, if need be create & tracking clear Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators to ensure strong performance of partners supporting us in this area, sustaining and evolving the new services through a rigorous governance model, and implementing new solutions to further support our buying community through effective management of their supply base in addition to driving continuous improvement efforts. 


Key Network & Links
The Transactional Procurement Automation Lead will have to exchange information with following central-, sites- and external networks:
•    Finance/Legal/ Process Efficiency & Digital Transformation
•    Indirect Domain Category Management Team
•    Regional Procurement Organizations
•    Indirect Domain Leadership Team

•    Support Indirect Domain streamline their spend operations and control company-wide spending
•    Effective execution of the practices & policies set out by the strategic procurement team in order to achieve objectives as set out for the automation program
•    Support a capacity model and operational metrics to ensure execution resources are used most effectively and stakeholder needs are met
•    Develop proactive analytics by partnering with internal analytics teams i.e. Transformation and Efficiency Team BPOs
•    Drive coordination amongst various cross functional teams to facilitate supplier consolidation and automated spend
•    Support effective integration of eProcurement applications with back end systems is essential to help critical data flow between the two platforms. 
•    First point of contact for all tool related questions for the Indirect Domain

•    Connect externally to bring new insight and expertise related to the job description
•    Look into categorizing and managing spend in real time, leveraging machine learning (AI) together the with BPO as a way to set up the Indirect Domain for the next level procurement
•    Provide the business support for demand prediction with artificial intelligence
•    Collaboration in representing the business needs & input with the Transformation & Efficiency Digital & Automation BPO
•    Contribute from a business perspective to the overall case study & analysis to ensure there are capabilities within the organization to sustain the change and ongoing improvement efforts of digitalization / automation
•    Cross region / country ARIBA roadmap implementation support, including governance, processes, and interim & new way of working
•    Utilize benchmarking, internal stakeholder feedback and category manager strategies, to support the e-Catalog / Automated Spend Strategy design, capability development and continuous improvement opportunities where applicable


To be considered for this role, candidate need to be able to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes:     
•    Educational Degree in Business Administration or Engineering preferred

•    Experience 3+ years in international organization

•    Experience within a procurement or functional organization which required data analytics, data interpretation, change management and automation activities etc.

       > Strong communication and collaboration of skills across distances (internal and external)
       > Project management experience

       > Fluency in English with the ability to work in a multi-lingual environment; French / German is a plus.
