Could you be the full-time Train Performance Manager (TPM) in saint Ouen, close to Paris we’re looking for?
Your future role:
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll ensure the overall performance of trains by meeting customer, regulatory, and Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and customer support), manage performance requirements, and oversee project timelines, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of performance compliance and validation processes, but also support the cybersecurity of onboard systems (e.g., TCMS, standard components).
We’ll look to you for:

Managing train-level performance requirements and allocating them to subsystems

Monitoring design convergence towards defined objectives

Ensuring train validation and certification
-
Contributing to the cybersecurity of embedded systems

Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customer performance-related topics

Leading technical exchanges and design reviews as the Client Interface Technical (CIT)

Developing and tracking the development schedule for trains and subsystems from T0 to IQR
-
Overseeing deliverables, critical paths, and task progress

Mentoring TPM Deputies and System Engineers to enhance their expertise

Degree in engineering or a related field

Experience or understanding of train performance management or system engineering

Knowledge of validation and certification processes

Familiarity with cybersecurity principles for embedded systems

A project management certification is a plus

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and international environment
