 Could you be Training Operations Apprentice we are looking for?

Train Operations Apprentice supports the structuring of the domain, contributes to bids, develops operational tools, assists projects and regions, and provides technical support to improve performance and standardization. 

Your future role

    •  Contribute to the structuring and formalization of the Train Operations domain at a central level, by supporting the development of standards, processes, and reference frameworks across regions and projects.  

     
    • Support bid technical management activities for Train Operations projects, by assisting in the analysis of customer requirements, contributing to operational concepts, and preparing technical and organizational inputs for proposals. 

     

     

     
     
     
    • Contribute to cross-functional analysis (operations, performance, safety) and to the consolidation of lessons learned (REX), feeding continuous improvement of Train Operations activities. 

    • Deliver technical support to ongoing projects, by assisting with operational analyses, reviewing technical documentation, supporting problem-solving activities, and contributing to the adaptation of solutions to project-specific constraints.
    •  Participate in the development and continuous improvement of Train Operations tools, particularly for performance monitoring, operational management, and reporting (KPIs, dashboards, process digitalization). 
    • Provide support to projects and regions in the deployment of Train Operations standards, contributing to the harmonization of practices and facilitating the implementation of central methodologies. 
     

 

Your profile

  • You are a student in Engineering/Transportation/Railways Operations or equivalent,
  • Experience in transversal or international assignments
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, leadership, and a strong results-oriented approach.
  • Good knowledge of railway organizations, systems, safety requirements, as well as industry regulations and processes.
  • Experience in report writing, task and project management, and client interaction.
