Could you be the full-time Train Operations APSYS Lead H/F (flexible location in Europe) we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your operational excellence expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in driving performance improvements and standardizing processes across Train Operation and System Maintenance (TOSM) projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (APSYS Deployment, Services, HR, Finance, Quality, Legal, and more), support the development of operational strategies, and ensure the successful implementation of Alstom Performance System (APSYS) methodologies.
You’ll specifically take care of implementing APSYS roadmaps and training, but also performance improvement initiatives and competency management plans.
We’ll look to you for:
- Developing and managing APSYS roadmaps across all TOSM projects
- Implementing standard project performance KPIs and Return of Experience databases
- Assuring the daily use of APSYS practices and tools in TOSM projects
- Measuring and reporting EHS KPIs and supporting contract renewal activities
- Coordinating obsolescence management processes and DFQ gate reviews
- Supporting the deployment of TOSM QMS and TOSM Model implementation

- Diploma in Engineering
- Relevant experience in APSYS ( more than 2 years’ experience)
- 10 years’ experience in Operation and Maintenance in the rail industry
- Strong leadership and ability to manage multi-cultural teams
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
- Understanding of process-driven frameworks and change management
- Knowledge of Alstom’s Train Operation and System Maintenance portfolio (desirable)
- Project management skills and business development acumen
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to facilitate teamwork
