Could you be the full-time Tender Procurement Manager – Regional Trains (M/F) in Saint-Ouen we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and tender management expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a vital role in building robust and competitive tender cost commitments, ensuring we deliver value-driven solutions to our clients. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Global Commodity, Engineering, and Tender Teams), organize cost-reduction workshops, and monitor tender cost budgets to mitigate risks, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing the product procurement reference library (standard product catalogue for trains) and ensuring alignment with market pricing, but also deliver high-quality, competitive bids on time.
We’ll look to you for:

Organizing cost-reduction workshops with internal stakeholders (engineering, central and local procurement teams, etc.) and tracking progress

Challenging platform requirements where and when relevant

Monitoring the tender cost budget on a monthly basis and identifying risks and mitigation plans

Delivering competitive bids with the right level of quality and within deadlines

Contributing to the development of a robust procurement strategy for regional trains

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency

Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Purchasing/Sourcing, or equivalent

Experience in sourcing, finance, or project/tender management

Fluency in English and French

Experience in managing complex projects or tenders
