Could you be the Technical Training Manager we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and leverage your expertise in technical training within an innovative and stimulating environment. You’ll work with collaborative and committed teams to structure, lead, and promote professional training programs, directly contributing to the development of key skills among our employees.
On a daily basis, you’ll collaborate closely with HR teams, subject matter experts, internal trainers, and external partners. You’ll also be responsible for managing strategic programs and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Your missions
- Consolidate training priorities aligned with strategic objectives
- Participate in structuring and implementing the local technical training plan
- Maintain and enrich a relevant training catalog aligned with business needs
- Coordinate internal trainers, external partners, and relationships with existing academies
- Ensure ongoing support and training for trainers
- Foster a dynamic of continuous learning and lead a skills development community
- Contribute to cross-functional projects related to training and talent development
Your profile

- Proven experience in technical training, ideally combined with project management expertise
- Knowledge of industrial environments and their specificities
- Expertise in training methods, techniques, and tools (MooC, Klaxoon, etc.)
- Ability to design and manage structured training programs
- Confidence in leading training sessions
- Excellent command of professional English
- Natural leadership and strong teaching skills
- Initiative and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Competence in managing complex projects
